Strategic Places
Later in May I had the great opportunity to acquaint myself with the ministries of our GEMers in Sweden, a country within the region for which I am responsible to lead.
Ray, who teaches at The Credo Academy, disciples and influences believers who are hungry to know, understand, and live from a Christian worldview. He also enjoys influence throughout Sweden as a scholar and has a commentary in Swedish soon to be available in book stores. Kay, his wife, assists missionaries with educational issues unique to raising children in a foriegn culture.
Forrest and Kristina participate in the 50-in-5 initiative, and desire to see a movement of discple-makers and church planting thorughout Stockholm. From what I can tell, they are well on their way and I had the privilege of meeting a number of new believers and multiplying disciples while there. I felt deeply encouraged by what I saw.
When I returned home, I realized that God had placed these servants in strategic places and through them, He was achieving significant Kingdom expansion.
