Mexican Food with Friends
Well it had been a week. We returned from finalizing the transfer of our home in Poland to new ownership. We gathered what remained of our things, packed a van, and returned to Frankfurt.
The next day, some great friends, along with my wonderful Lisa, too me out to dinner to a Mexican restaurant.
Now good Mexican food, the kind that is reminiscent of Tex Mex, is hard to find in Europe. I know because I look for it. This place, not far from where we live, had really good Mexican food. What’s more, I had some really great people to celebrate with, especially with Lisa. I missed being with our kids, but family did call. I’m grateful!
