A Relaxing Day!
Lisa and I woke up early. What were we thinking? College kids? getting up early to open Christmas presents? My, what an impact college makes on emerging adults!
Lisa and had coffee, chatted, then decided we need to wake the kids up. Our morning was racing to afternoon.
Well, the kids woke up, came to the breakfast room and we chatted, ate breakfast (it was really good) and then went after the Santa stuff.
The whole day had a deeply relaxing feel to it and lots of enjoyable conversation.
Lisa and I realized the year had bee fast and furious for Megan and Michael. Finishing the semester just a few days before Christmas, meant rest was sorely needed, especially after such a long flight!
