Disciple Multiplication Training

Local Leaders in Poznań Shift Emphasis

I cleared the second week of July because they wanted it.  We had been meeting and discussing movement model disciple-making and church planting, but they needed more. I suggested we do a local, disciple multiplication training and they all said they’d come.

The week went very well. When you consider the impact of the paradigm shift from traditional concepts to movement models of ministry, the week held its challenges. The five present saw the relevance, practiced everything, and even attempted applications during that week. They grew in realizing that this paradigm shift meant more leaders and a way of developing them so that faithfulness to the Word and fruitfulness in multiplication would be a regular result. They understood their goal concerned training responsiveness to the Holy Spirit through the Word of God, what Jesus encouraged, “teach them to obey everything I have commanded you.” God gave us a fun week. Thanks of praying!
