Discipling on the Move
September started with a flurry of activity, and so much so it makes it difficult to catch my breath. Early in the month, the 50-in-5 leadership team met to refine plans. Three cities were slated to become official this fall, the first of which is Dublin.
I flew to Ireland in order to see and discuss many aspects of the work with our CityReach Strategy Leader and his wife. We also had some help from a developer of leaders. There we confirmed and received a plan that is already in motion. Phil has a well-developed network and things are happening so quickly that getting a handle on the schedule seems like trying to tackle a tornado. God appears not only to be at work, but to have preceded (as usual) our involvement. The follow-up from those days has revealed many other places where God has prepared hearts to see a disciple-making movement come to fruition. Please continue to pray!
