With the Team
Significant meetings, at least for me, occurred in Riga for GEM’s Europe Leadership Team. We had the fortune of meeting with our President and discussing collective strategy for the next year. Our main priority concerns growth of our mission and internationalization.
However, for me, a significant development came when we discussed important issues regarding leading and developing our people. A friend created a key graphic for conceptualizing how to do this with focus and encouragement. I thought to myself, wow, why could we not have thought this up four years ago! I believe these meetings took us significantly into the future and into what God really desires for the Continent. Thanks for praying.
