Lead-Develop-Care For Frankfurt Focus City
Part of our planning this year included training a number of young leaders in people leadership. Probably the best rubric for people leadership is Lead, Develop, Care. Each of these major topic create an integrated framework that allows leadership to foster trust and encourage their development.
We had around 20 people at the training, about half were our GEM coworkers and the other half were German church leaders. It was really great to host this training.
Those attending liked it so much that they asked if we would provide this training to the broader church in Frankfurt. Wow, God at work! Thanks for praying.
