Celebrating as a Family
Polish has traditions even on Christmas Eve. While we don’t adhere to all of them, we do keep it to seafood. Megan’s favorite dish is Shrimp Pasta. In celebration of her presence with us, Lisa made a delectable dish. Rather than 12 other courses of food that Polish tradition calls for, we just had a few more. Beet root soup and apple pie made for a some of the others.
After the meal, we settle in for a great Christmas movie and then off to bed!
