Pressing into Vision and Mission

The second week of October found me flying to our headquarters in Monument for leadership meetings. Most of the meeting time concerned how we press more deeply into vision and mission. Much of the discussion concerned the 50-in-5 initiative, its progress and facilitating it with appropriate support for the CityReach Leaders. The conversation pointed to the need for more personnel at the level I serve, especially with the number of active cities pushing beyond 20 by the end of the year. All of this is exciting, but structuring future progress means both working efficiently and cultivating more experienced CityReach Strategy personnel as mentors. I start moving in that direction in just one week. Please pray that God would give not only 30 CityReach Strategy Leaders by the end of next June, but the right support structure to see movements spread across Europe.
