GEM Europe Leadership Changes
We enjoyed some great discussions during our Europe regional leadership meetings. I came to the time wondering what should I lay aside in terms of responsibilities. I came thinking one thing, but the group really desired me to engage in the Europe-wide ministries that God had drawn me toward over the past number of years.
I will continue with the 50-in-5 initiative, which now is transitioning to CityReach, and also work to develop spiritual formation across GEM. This will touch almost all of the ministries and structures with GEM. The desire focuses on cultivating a listening ear to God and implementing what He seems to be inviting us toward. Thanks for praying. I still wonder if too much remains on my responsibility list, but God will continue to lead and clarify.
