A Cohort Deepens and Connects

I feel a bit rushed in August as I prepare for the Selah-Europe Residency in Perth, Scotland. In that mode, I generally ask for prayer, and I sense God’s empowerment. Preparation went well, and then I flew.
God seemed to have something special for this cohort, even as we started. The interns had an excitement to see each other and reconnect. Then as we progressed through the residency, God did more than we imagined. The cohort has people from 11 countries, and by the end, God’s presence overwhelmed, loved deepened and the interns wanted more time. When connection deepens in that way across so many cultures, take it to the bank, God moved, and did so deeply.
I loved playing my role and teaching, and I know the other faculty did as well. We all agreed, we all witnessed God in action and something amazing happened. Thanks for praying!
