Jesus Revolution 2011

Megan wanted to participate on a Jesus Revolution Summer team and she was just barely old enough to go. Jesus Revolution is a youth movement and this year the group was going to 2 cities. She started out in Oslo, Norway (it was easy for Dad to get her to there as it as just a short drive from our vacation spot in Sweden) and ended up in Budapest, Hungary.
Megan received excellent training in sharing her faith and reaching out to others. She is very bold with what she believes and may have the gift of evangelism. When Megan returned to us in Poland, she reported that she had the opportunity to lead 10 people to Christ and that her team saw roughly 20 people a day commit their lives to Jesus. The interesting thing is that there were plenty of other teams doing the same thing, so it was a very fruitful trip. All those who trusted Christ will be followed up by churches in Budapest, which is a very good thing.
So mom and dad are very encouraged. In fact, when we came home to Poznan, Megan took the initiative in the power of the Holy Spirit an led two of her classmates from school to Christ. God is up to something. Please continue to pray for our kids, Megan and Michael.
