Vacation or Bust
We did not eek out too much time to be away. After SLOT and Doug’s Montana trip, we all headed together to Sweden to catch up with the Nichols. Doug’s late arrival to Poznan due to delayed flights, caused us to get started later than we anticipated.
We loved the ferry ride to Sweden. We stayed near Gothenburg, Sweden in a beautiful and cosy cabin of a friend of ours. Our kids and the Nichols’ kids enjoy being with each other, as we do their parents. So the vacation was a tremendous time to be together and we all had a fun. We just wish it was longer.
Probably the greatest adventure and fun was the soggy and rainy canoe trip on one of the lakes. Yes, Sweden has beautiful lakes and country side.
