Sankt Wolfgang
Yes, even we take vacations. This year we were off to Austria, to an area known as Sankt Wolfgang, which is just south of Salzburg, the home of Wolfgang Mozart. It is also where many scenes from the Sound of Music were filmed.
It was a great week of hiking, sightseeing, relaxing, and talking. We also had the chance to take the Sound of Music sightseeing tour, which Megan loved (she’s a real fan of the movie).
While there Michael saw a hang-drum and fell in love with an ocarina (a musical wind instrument). Megan wanted to remember the trip with a special Austrian doll. So it was a lot of fun and the memories are great.
