River of Life Engages Those Far from God
Sam asked if I would train those who were interested at River of Life how to easily share the gospel. We set a date and we had a great time learning and practicing sharing the gospel. The following week was dedicated to being the church among the people of the city, so we went to three locations to engage people for Christ.
I had been slated to lead those engaging people on the River Main, and that is exactly what we did. The river near the city center generally has a lot of English speakers with whom we could talk, and that proved to be very true.
After we spent around an hour or so engaging with people far from God, we got together at a cafe to talk about what God did. The amazing outcome was seen on the faces of those who had never done something like this before. The smiles were wide, the hearts were full, and they all had a wonderful experience, especially of God’s presence with them as they engaged with people. Thanks for praying!
