Regional Leaders Meet
Rather than the normal posed picture, I thought I’d use this picture of casual conversation at a meal.
April had me on the road and the last full week of the month sent me to Paris to meet with the newly formed regional leadership team in Paris. We had a great time meeting as God appeared especially present.
We implemented a few things that allowed us to focus more strategically and listen to God more intentionally in addressing the challenges. Each of us occuppied the "hot seat” and shared one of the challenges we wanted help in addressing. At appropriate moments, we gave space to silence so we could hear God’s wisdom on the matter. God definitely spoke through the process and we really felt we were carried through the decisions made. Thanks for supporting us with your prayers.
