School Activities
All last year while we were preparing for our home ministry assignment in Texas, Lisa and Megan discussed extra-curricular activities. Megan chose to be on the school’s drill team because she loves to dance. Well for this school, and for this year, the drill team grew in number and they have been fun to watch. They are coached well, and to be honest (as opposed to biased), the drill team looks and performs really well.
What we did not register, as parents living in another country, was the amount of time these activities take. When both kids are involved in extra-curricular things, wow!
Michael is playing soccer, and that means games twice a week. So please pray for us and our need to both be present with our teenagers and to see you and express our gratefulness for your partnership with us.
