GEM-K
Wow! Michael is not quite of age yet to attend GEM-K, but almost. I had asked for permission that he be able to attend, but that was denied. Then we arrived in Wisła a few days prior to the start of conference (Doug had leadership meetings). Rod came early too, and he organizes GEM-K. He also met Michael and was impressed.
Lisa prayed and encouraged Michael to pray earlier in the year. So when Rod came to us and asked if Michael could join the GEM-K conference, we were ecstatic! So was Michael. God had answered prayer, deepening Michael’s understanding of God along the way. Cool.
Both kids had a blast. I don’t know quite what they did, but it was fun. I also know they were challenged spiritually. Convictions were deepened and habits started forming that show Megan and Michael are taking ownership of their faith. Please continue to pray that they would walk worth of their calling in Christ, knowing His great love.
